This major renovation was a complete overhaul!
We just loved working with these clients.
Once they decided they wanted to re-do their kitchen, they knew Contegrity would be able to handle it. And boy, did it need some updating!!!
We opened up the dividing wall between the living room and kitchen, and gave this place a huge face lift. We then installed a new window above the kitchen sink, a vented range hood, a wall oven with a custom framed t.v. above, all new cabinetry with a large island with end-seating. We added in a nice buffet/china area on the other side of the fridge. This is great for entertaining and hosting family and friends.
We also painted the ceiling, walls, and trim throughout. Installing a solid 3/4" Walnut flooring gave this space a luxury feel.
We updated their bathroom on the main floor, with a new vanity, tub/shower combo and new vinyl tile on the floors.
Don't forget to take a look at the new stairs and railing. We just love doing white risers with a nice dark flooring!
