The Acreage Build
We worked with our homeowners to create a Contemporary design with Farmhouse details. The exterior of the home is a calm blue, accented with wood details in the gable trusses and neutral shakes in the gable ends. The entry way is highlighted not only with the wooden trusses and posts, but with the wood-toned soffit and hanging lantern.
This major renovation was a complete overhaul!
We just loved working with these clients.
Once they decided they wanted to re-do their kitchen, they knew Contegrity would be able to handle it. And boy, did it need some updating!!!
'76 Ranch House
We were contacted to turn this 1888 building into our clients forever home. The '76 Ranch house was built in 1888 to house the foreman and ranch hands of the Canadian Agricultural Coal and Colonization Company. The Ranch was sold to Conrad and Price in 1906 and was used as a rooming and boarding house known as the Esmond Hotel. Later it was the districts first one-room school. It later became a scout house, a rented dwelling and a school unit office.
This major renovation was a total transformation. It was located in the Alpine Condo units of Swift Current.
There were major structural changes to this place; adding steel beams to carry the roof load and removing interior walls. This place was completely rejuvenated.
This beautiful home is just over 2300 square feet. It has a wide front entry with exposed aggregate steps and sidewalks. This was one of our first custom homes that Contegrity built, and it turned out beautiful.
This beautiful home is nestled into the Lac Pelletier area. It has a wonderful layout with the Master bedroom and ensuite on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a 2 person bathroom.
