This beautiful home is just over 2300 square feet. It has a wide front entry with exposed aggregate steps and sidewalks. This was one of our first custom homes that Contegrity built, and it turned out beautiful.
The geo-thermal system with in-floor heat run throughout the basement and garage is AWESOME! All the walls were spray foamed giving an exceptional R-value.
It has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, an office just off the kitchen, a large mudroom with laundry. The 2 kids bedrooms are joined with a jack and jill bathroom. Make sure you check out the kitchen, the cabinetry is on point!
The exterior consists of James Hardie siding as well as fibre cement on the soffit and fascia. The river rock at the front entry carries through around to the back and adds such class to this beautiful home.
